Cancellation and No show Policy
At Sherman Paws, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide dedicated one-on-one time, personalized care, and the attention your pet deserves. Because our schedule is carefully arranged around every guest, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.
Clients who booked online may conveniently cancel or reschedule their appointment through their online reservation. You may also contact us directly by phone at (818) 990-7387 or email at shermanpaws@yahoo.com, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or missed appointments will be subject to a 25$ fee . This policy allows us the opportunity to accommodate other pets in need of care while respecting the time of our grooming team.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this helps us continue providing exceptional care and scheduling availability for all of our guests.
Grooming Satisfaction Policy
At Sherman Paws, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you would like a minor adjustment to your pet’s haircut, such as the length of the face, tail, or other finishing details, we will be happy to make those refinements at no additional charge.
To qualify for a complimentary adjustment, please contact us and return with your pet within 72 hours of pickup so we can promptly address the requested touch-up.
Please note that this courtesy does not apply to changes in style, clip, or length that differ from the original instructions provided at check-in.
For the best experience, we kindly encourage you to review your pet’s haircut before leaving the salon, so any immediate refinements can be made right away.
Retail Return Policy
At Sherman Paws, we are happy to accept returns on retail items that are in resalable condition with all original tags attached.
Items returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt are eligible for a full refund. Returns made after 30 days with a receipt may be accepted for store credit only.
For the safety and well-being of all pets, we are unable to accept returns on medications or any opened, used, or unsealed items.
Sale items are non refundable
Pet Pickup Policy
At Sherman Paws, all dogs and cats receiving grooming services are required to be picked up promptly once their service is complete. Our grooming kennels are reserved for pets awaiting their appointments, and space is intentionally limited to ensure every guest’s comfort and safety.
Our team will contact you as soon as your pet is ready to go home. We kindly provide a 30-minute grace period for pickup after notification.
Pets not picked up within the 30-minute grace period will incur a $20 late pickup fee for every additional 30 minutes.
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation, as timely pickup helps us maintain a calm, comfortable environment and allows us to continue providing attentive care for all of our guests.
Pet Cleanliness Policy
At Sherman Paws, we strive to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every guest. For the health and well-being of all pets and staff, we kindly ask that dogs and cats be taken outside to relieve themselves before arriving for their grooming appointment.
If a pet urinates or defecates during their appointment, our team will clean and continue the grooming; however, additional cleaning or handling time may result in a small service fee, depending on the circumstances.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a clean, calm, and safe grooming experience for all pets.
